It's long story about 2 years ago, someone created the discord server for me and i run it, since at that time i no idea how to manage a discord. After 2 years the members about to reach 5k members, we noticed someone deleted all the tickets, later it even edited the name and description.
So we asked him to give us the crown, he refused and claimed a large amount of money, that's not tolerable. then we broked up and we moved to our new server, https://discord.gg/poshrep
The new server starts from 0 so it need time to grow, even it small amount of members, but i think it worth it. if we grow a server owned by others there will be a bomb, once it became large the owner will ask more and more. thanks for the mods help, otherwise i also no idea how to set up a new server, discord a bit complex i should say.
