It can track internal tracking info at shipment system, like the plane took off, clearing customs and handover to local delivery, which have more info than public tracking info at 17track.net. Before parcel arrived at local carrier, there may not have public tracking info at 17track, then you can use this system to track. The screenshot is like this.
